Good communication &negotiation capabilities
Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
Versatility, flexibility, willingness to work within constantly, chaning priorities with enthusiasm
Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
Willingness to work all around Indonesia and oversea countries as well
Project management experience is preferred

Position Requirements:
�·� � � � � � � �  . Male, age 30-40 yrs (fit and charismatic appearance
�·� � � � � � � �  .4-5 years of Human Resources experience, including management experience (have experience managing at least 1000 employees in Banking or Financial Institution-Microfinance)
�·� � � � � � � �  Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University (Degree in Finance or HR Business Management)

�·� � � � � � � �  Willing to travel all over Indonesia in regular basis
