- F&B DIRECTOR -

Requirements:

�·� � � � � � � �  Minimum 10 years F&B Management experience with combined restaurant, banqueting, beverage, kitchen exposure in a four or five star hotel

�·� � � � � � � �  Fluent written & spoken English

�·� � � � � � � �  Degree in Hospitality / Culinary Management preferred

�·� � � � � � � �  Proven record in delivering operating results in high volume 4 to 5 star hotel

�·� � � � � � � �  Certified in Food Handling and HACCAP

�·� � � � � � � �  Knowledge of Hotel Operation System

�·� � � � � � � �  Certified in Basic First Aid, CPR
