Responsibilities:
â?¢ Handling clients complaints and giving the solution
â?¢ Monitoring server
â?¢ Server troubleshooting (upgrade kernel, tuning mysql, tweaking service, etc)
Requirements:
â?¢ Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
â?¢ Required skill(s): Linux, Windows, Apache, IIS, PHP, Mysql, DNS Server, TCI/IP
â?¢ Familiar with Cpanel, Plesk is advantage
â?¢ Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
â?¢ Applicants must be willing to work in BSD, Tangerang.
â?¢ A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role with such company associated with technical services, but fresh graduate welcome to apply.
