General qualifications:

• Minimum D3 graduated
• Have minimum 3 years sales experienced with at least 1 years in the area ofÃ?  life insurance
• MS Office skills;
• Male or female with maximum age 40 years old;
• Motivator and Public speaker;
• Management skill, strong leadership, good inter-personal and organizational skills, high achievement and target oriented, creative and innovative.

Managing Consultant(12 people) :

• Male/Female
• Minimum D1 with 2 years working experience, especially from life insurance industry
• Sales & Entrepreneurship oriented
• Into details

Consultant :

• Male/Female
• Age 25-50
• Entrepreneurship Attitude
• Working for financial freedom
• Honest, persistent, hard worker, independent,able to work with less supervision
• Wide networks
